muppy, muppy, muppy!!

Oh, Muppy.  My poor little Muppy Muppy Muffin dog.

I'm in Melbourne at the moment after 10 days of eventful vacation.  We arrived in Melbourne last Thursday 6th April, great to be back in our home town.  The wedding of one of our closest friends had brought us to town.  We've lived in Queensland for 5 years now, and this has been the first trip home (of many) that both of us have felt strongly the yearn to move home.

So we arrived, attended the wonderful wedding, gorgeous day, gorgeous bride and groom, everything wonderful.

Shopped madly on Sunday and Monday.  Bought enough clothes to last me until my next trip to Melbourne (they seem to be an annual event, about this time of year).

Then we left for our little vacation in north east Victoria.  Staying with my long lost Aunt in Beechworth.  Tuesday morning we got a call - Muppy had been hit by a car.

$5000 worth of treatment later he's fine, up, hobbling around, but in good spirits.  I can't wait to get home to see him, it's been a long week knowing he's been so badly injured and in pain, whilst we haven't been there with him.
